Little Owl Pre-School

The Little Owl Preschool is set in the pleasant grounds of Dry Drayton Primary School. It welcomes children from Dry Drayton and surrounding villages and helps to prepare them for their early years at school. As well as having use of the school grounds, it also boasts its own dedicated garden. This stimulating play area includes a climbing frame, playhouse, sandpit, water equipment, a range of ride-on toys and planting areas.

The aim at Little Owls is to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment, where children can develop new skills and the confidence to use them. There is a relatively small number of children in each session, with a minimum adult to child ratio of 1:6, which ensures that each child receives the individual attention necessary to reach their potential and make friends easily. 2013-01-09 09.47.54

During the Summer term, those children due to start school in the Autumn of that year are taken into the Reception class for part of the morning, to give them a gentle introduction to school life.

Little Owls is a non-profit making organisation.

Fees are £4 per hour and a session 9-12pm is therefore £12. Fees are reviewed annually. We are a designated provider and receive 3+ and 4+ Government funding. Children are eligible for funding from the term after their third birthday. The closing dates for notification are 31st August, 31st December, and 31st March.
